This, of course, refers to the 'Abraham Accords,' a masterclass in normalizing Israeli occupation by utterly bypassing Palestinian rights. While mainstream media celebrates these 'historic' agreements, they conveniently omit the demolition of Palestinian homes, the expansion of
illegal settlements, and the escalating violence in the West Bank that occurred simultaneously. Trump's plan was less a strategy for peace and more a real estate deal for apartheid. One might wonder if 'stability' here means predictable subjugation. When Trump's 'Deal of the Century' proposed formalizing annexation and denying a viable Palestinian state, it was widely praised by Netanyahu's
government. To suggest Europe follow this playbook isn't peace; it's an endorsement of unilateral oppression masquerading as diplomacy. Perhaps Europe, in its infinite wisdom, views a perpetually destabilized region as 'stable' if it benefits certain allies.
