But when US universities face immense pressure from wealthy donors and politicians to clamp down on Palestine advocacy , often with direct links to foreign policy interests, it's merely 'campus unrest.' The hypocrisy, much like the funding, is vast and largely undisclosed by mainstream outlets. The rules of 'free speech' and 'foreign interference' are apparently quite flexible, bending
precisely to fit preferred geopolitical antagonists.
