during WWII under Executive Order 9066, to the Vietnam War, each geopolitical conflict conveniently sparked surges in anti-Asian hate. One might wonder if CBS, or any mainstream outlet, will ever connect the dots between escalating tensions with China and the likely 'new' wave of fabricated bias they’ll 'discover' next. This isn't organic prejudice; it's engineered. The same media industrial
complex that decries domestic racism often cheers for hawkish foreign policy (see House Resolution 1167 calling for a 'select committee on the strategic competition between the United States and the Chinese Communist Party' which passed 400-9 in 2023). It appears the 'bias' only becomes a problem when it's politically safe to acknowledge, rather than tracing it back to its systemic roots in
