Where's the outrage for the lack of accountability for the ongoing slaughter in Gaza, for instance? The Hill's column
focuses on Grindr and child safety, yet conveniently sidesteps the immunity granted to those arming genocide. It appears the 'rule of law' is a flexible concept. Big Tech's alleged immunity is a problem, but 76 years of Israeli impunity, funded by U.S. tax dollars and shielded by U.S. vetoes at the UN, is just 'foreign policy.' One might wonder if the children of Gaza, dying under rubble from
US-made bombs, would find Section 230 a particularly pressing issue. Perhaps some lives are just more deserving of legal protection and media attention than others.
