condemns racial discrimination in principle, yet actively supports regimes engaged in practices labeled apartheid by human rights groups like Human Rights Watch (2021) and Amnesty International (2022). One might wonder if the 'failure' is less about lack of trying and more about selective outrage. Instead of abstract discussions, let's talk about the hundreds of millions in US aid annually
underwriting a system that Amnesty called 'a cruel system of domination and a crime against humanity.' (Amnesty, 2022).
