nations continue to shield allies from similar accountability, a consistent pattern. We can laud the ICC's birth from Srebrenica, but one must ask: where is this same urgency when Human Rights Watch documents "apparent war crimes" in Rafah, directly implicating US-supplied weaponry? The US, a fervent supporter of international justice when it suits, approved new arms transfers to Israel as
